We believe that empowering men is the key to impacting whole communities. As the American pastor Dr. Tony Evans contends in his book The Kingdom Agenda, by encouraging and equipping a man to walk in the fullness of whom God has made him, the man will begin to build a strong family, which will lead to the building of a stronger community, which will lead to the building of a stronger city, which will then ultimately lead to a stronger country and region. Men require ongoing, focused discipleship in order to help them to keep Christ as the foundation of their respective marriages, families, careers, and ministries.
