ACCTS-AWT, through this program, equips Arab women with the skills needed to face crisis and surpass them. There are granted the chance to network with each other, build relationships and pray for each other. Women attendees exchange experiences and encouragement with one another.
As the whole region has been going through a new era of change, ACCTS-AWT aimed through this program to meet the women’s felt need to be charged with strength and confidence to face the crises in their lives and fields of impact.
Women, therefore through this program, get to know that they have come to their equipped position for such a time as this.
The program addresses Strategic Leadership in the midst of Crisis. Keynote speakers conduct the sessions; in harmony along with AWT staff.
The training focuses on equipping women with the skills needed to face crisis and surpass them, giving them a better understanding of God’s perspective on crisis.
Women are able to apply the skills they learned through writing a strategic plan to be used as a future reference in their field of influence.

The training covers topics such as, God's role in crisis, Vision and goal setting, Strategic planning, Characters and the role they play in crises, creating your work plan, Alternative plans, living by faith, Strategies on dealing with crisis, Overcoming crisis.
A special Official Opening Ceremony is normally held at the beginning of the conference which hosts this program. Board members, donors and friends of ACCTS-AWT attend in an intimate festive atmosphere of correlation that marks the marvelous spirit of the organization’s history and passion, plus giving a glimpse of the upcoming lectures to be presented in the conference.
Thanks to our Partners from Hillcrest Baptist Church- Pensacola, Florida who have been faithfully supporting the leadership program for many years. The ladies through the program have always been showered with love and prayers, while being pampered with hand massages for example in some events.
It is aspired that Arab women trainees, who are being empowered and trained, demonstrate greater personal capacity for influence within their respective home-country groups which they lead. In the hope that these influenced trainees will in their turn take steps to inspire and impact other women within their respective sphere of influence.

In 2011, the Arab Woman Today Department (AWT) launched a special contest for Networkers who are attending the conference, called the Award of Influence where the participant presents her achievements on the spiritual or community level, sharing the impact of her work, especially after receiving training during her leadership journey. This contest encourages many women trainees to review their practical and spiritual lives, the matter which generates self-motivation in their sphere of work.

It’s how our Annual Network Conference provides Arab women leaders with the motivation, knowledge, and skills that would empower them to become more qualified as leaders, and therefore support their fields of work, in addition to impacting other women in their sphere of influence.
