It is the second stage of the Nouara Discipleship Program (Equipping Potential Leaders which is a program originally designed by Arab Woman Today (AWT). A two-year and five phase journey with potential leaders which starts from the inside out. The visual representation of the Nouara Program is a tree shaped like a female and with the Objective of training women who already occupy leading positions in churches or those who show potential to take active roles in churches but lack the needed competencies.

The second phase of the program is Spiritual and is represented by the trunk of the tree.

The Integrity phase is a high-level two-day training aimed at assisting women church leaders to pursue spiritual growth by becoming more like Jesus Christ. The matter which helps nourish the trunk of the tree on their journey of blossoming through the Christian life. Having an undivided, fully transparent heart and life before God is the principle which served as the motivation for choosing Integrity as the primary Nouara Discipleship Program topic for the second phase. Discussions through this stage inspire the women to refocus on Jesus as the goal of their lives. 

Furthermore, as an aid to discussion and sharing, clarification is given to differentiate between terms such as the following: ethics, morals, and integrity. It is essentially highlighted 

The Program addresses topics such as the united heart with the one purpose, the role of the heart; mind and conscience in the life of integrity, motives and attitudes of the heart, the two sides of the gospel: Justification and liberation, besides the three stages of salvation: Justification, sanctification and glorification. And the integrity of Jesus Christ: The Man, along with providing practical steps to walking in integrity. Some other practical workshops are conducted such as how to start a home group in order to help the women start and lead their own church groups.

This program encourages women to adopt integrity as a holistic walk that has to be followed in every aspect of one’s life. 
Consequently, tangible change is reaped on the personal level.
