Awareness in the Midst of Hardship
Families of Syrian refugees and Jordanians too were given counsel on raising children in the midst of tough conditions as a result of the war.

Amman, Jordan (ACCTS-AWT) – Thirty women from which six were Jordanians gathered at a Hope Center for Syrian Refugees in Jabal Al Nuzha - a popular area and a poor community in Eastern Amman where many of the Syrian emigrants reside.
Mothers were giving awareness on how to raise their orphan children and be able to cope through the war crisis and the absence of the shield and protection of the majority of the fathers.
The important role of wise mothers was reinforced
and emphasized in such a time like this
Some private one-to-one counseling sessions took place. Ladies shared and gave promises for change and taking a stand.
