Thanks to our partners from Hillcrest Baptist Church- Pensacola, Florida who supported us during the conference and have been faithful to support the Network for many years. The team showered the ladies with love and prayers, while massaging the ladies’ hands. It is aspired that Arab women trainees, who are being empowered and trained, demonstrate greater personal capacity for influence within their respective home-country groups which they lead. In the hope that these influenced trainees will in their turn take steps to inspire and impact other women within their respective spheres of influence.

Saba is one of the young ladies who attended the Network Conference. The day after the conference was over; she faced a crisis at her working place. She said that she was able to face the situation with courage and calmness, applying the practical principles she learned about Crises Management.

“It is important to me to learn how to write down my vision,

set goals and start to work accordingly.”

Participants are being followed up through Facebook, WhatsApp, and via emails.

In 2011, the Arab Woman Today Department (AWT) launched a special contest for Networkers who are attending the conference, called the Award of Influence where the participant presents her achievements on the spiritual or community level, sharing the impact of her work, especially after receiving training during her leadership journey. This contest encourages many women trainees to review their practical and spiritual lives, the matter which generates self-motivation in their sphere of work.

“Thanks for your fervent love. You sowed mighty things in our lives.

You are outstanding.” - Maria from Sudan, Award Winner

It’s how our Annual Network Conference provides Arab women leaders with the motivation, knowledge, and skills that would empower them to become more qualified as leaders, and therefore support their fields of work, in addition to impacting other women in their sphere of influence.
