It is the fifth and last stage of the Nouara Discipleship Program. The program is originally designed by Arab Woman Today for equipping potential leaders. It is a two-year and five phase journey which starts from the inside out. The visual representation of the Nouara Program is a tree shaped like a female and with the Objective of training women who already occupy leading positions in churches, or those who show potential to take active roles in churches but lack the needed competencies.
This last phase of the discipleship program tackles leadership skills and is represented by the fruit on “Nouara” tree. Here graduation takes place and women trainees receive a Certificate of Achievement once the course finishes.
Specialized trainers and lecturers conduct practical and interactive discipleship workshops for equipping leaders in this part of the training program. Besides, essential good resources are being referred to and adopted primarily focusing on fruitfulness and vision for a better Leader.

Be Fruitful stage aspires to challenge women to be productive in the community
This training assists measuring fruitfulness and answers some questions a leader may ask, such as: Am I fruitful?; Can I be more fruitful?; Are there hindrances for being fruitful in my life?; Goal and Priority Setting; Spiritual Gifts; Teamwork.
Consequently, tangible change is reaped on the personal level as women have already started to pinpoint their visions, put down their goals, and set specific measurable time-bounded plans. They shared that they are back on track.
Some of the women started to creatively create their own teaching groups using their skills and gifts, proceeding with what has been on their hearts: to share their knowledge and disciple others.
It’s a high priority on AWT’s agenda to plan follow-up visits to support women in their own hometown groups
ACCTS - AWT has achieved one of its first goals that it has been pressing on toward: Touching Community through Impacting Leadership
Since our responsible beneficiaries -having been empowered- have started in their turn to empower other women and play a significant role in changing the lives of families.
