28 November 2015

Amman, Jordan (ACCTS-AWT) – On the 27th and 28th November, ACCTS has welcomed a new group of potential young women to join its Nouara Discipleship Program, which aims to develop healthier leaders from the inside out. The target group is women in the age group 22-30 years of age.

Women were given training on how to deal with the Effects of Early Upbringing. Other topics were presented, such as the Value in the Eyes of the Trinity, besides Forgiveness and Reconciliation.

Women had to stand true to themselves

in order to grow and be more influential

Love, acceptance, and empowerment are values discovered through the training. (Link to what we do- Women- Women Empowerment)

“I believe this training will leave a life-changing impact on my life.”

This Leadership program aims to equip potential Christian women leaders in small towns far away from Amman, those who are either untrained but already occupy leading positions in churches, or ones who show potential to take active roles in churches but lack the needed competencies. IDENTIFY… ADOPT… CHANGE… IMPACT

It’s how we achieve our goals in helping women IDENTIFY their personal, spiritual and social needs, encourage them to ADOPT the truth about themselves, lead them to pursue CHANGE in their lives, and motivate them to IMPACT others and be a voice for change in the society.
